Award-winning filmmaker and pro-life speaker Kevin Dunn invites audiences on a deeply personal and inspiring journey through stories gathered from around the world during more than three decades of documentary filmmaking.
Drawing from encounters with individuals facing some of life's greatest challenges—including illness, disability, depression, loss, and end-of-life struggles—Kevin explores what it means to become a "Prophet of Hope" in a culture increasingly marked by isolation, fear, and despair.
Through powerful film clips, personal reflections, and moving stories from Canada, the United States, Europe, and beyond, audiences will meet ordinary people whose courage, compassion, and faith transformed the lives of those around them. Central to the presentation is the conviction that hope is not an abstract idea but something experienced through authentic human relationships, community, and love.
Inspired by the teachings of Christ and the witness of countless individuals Kevin has encountered through his work, this presentation challenges participants to ask two important questions: Who has been a prophet of hope in my life? And to whom am I called to be a prophet of hope today?
Suitable for parish communities, students, educators, clergy, and pro-life audiences, this engaging multimedia presentation combines storytelling, film, faith, and practical encouragement, leaving audiences inspired to become agents of hope in their families, parishes, and communities.
Off camera, Kevin is a husband, a father of six, and a proud grandfather. He’s also known to pick up his guitar and perform—especially when St. Patrick’s Day rolls around 😉—a reminder that joy and faith are meant to be lived, not just spoken about.
